We are looking for an experienced Corporate Paralegal to assist our legal team.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with managing the contract process and help to ensure that agreements are finalized and processed in a timely manner.
• Help manage the DMCA compliance process for the company.
• Process and manage privacy compliance agreements.
• Work on other areas of interest.

What you need to be successful:

• At least 5 years of experience (preferably in-house but applicants from well-recognized law firms are welcome).
• Paralegal certification (strongly preferred) or equivalent experience as well as a bachelor’s degree.
• Experience working with contracts management systems (previous work with Ironclad would be very helpful).
• Some litigation experience would be a plus.
• Must be an exceedingly organized, detail-oriented person, and able to multi-task and work independently.
• Excellent follow through and very clear communications skills.
• A sound work ethic, efficient working style, and high level of organization. Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously under deadline pressure.
• Sense of humor and high level of professionalism.
