Real Estate and Workplace Services at Epic
What we do
The mission of our Real Estate and Workplace Services team is to develop and maintain remarkable workspaces where our teams can collaborate and thrive to do their best work.
What you’ll do
The successful candidate will:
- Develop and manage a process to generate an accurate forecast of future real estate requirements by site, working closely with Epic Site Leads, Finance, and Recruiting
- Research local real estate markets to understand Epic’s real estate options in each market
- Identify strategic opportunities to eliminate excess space from the portfolio footprint.
- Work with brokers to negotiate leases and execute transactions
- Manage lease renewals and administration
- Travel to various office locations (up to 20% post-covid)
- Provide Executive level dashboard reporting on project performance across the assigned portfolio
- Integrate the service delivery platform and resources while effectively managing handoffs between:
- Strategic Occupancy Planning
- Transaction Management
- Project Management
- Integrated Facility Management
What we’re looking for
The successful candidate will have:
- 8-10 years experience in Corporate Real Estate or Transaction Management
- Minimum BA/BS; Preferred Masters Degree in Real Estate Development, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Science and/or Finance
- Strong analytical skills including root cause analysis and solution development
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated client relationship management experience
- Strong collaboration and business partnering skills
- The ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and adapt to changing priorities
