In Addition, our unit is initiating and catalyzing digitalization processes to support Playtika's business growth and is deeply involved in the implementation of technology-driven initiatives to maximize our employee's experience.
We are looking for a Corporate IT PMO to join a growing team!
Responsibilities
- This function will oversee the Entire Corp IT platform in terms of workforce, WIP, initiatives, efficiencies, improvements, policies, etc.
- Responsible for identifying needs and allocating the appropriate global resources in order to meet multi-project ( automation initiatives) execution.
- Initiate processes, policies, and procedures to ensure the unit is providing its services with transparency and excellence
- Responsible for planning, monitoring, maintaining & operating Entire Corp IT missions (work plans, project budget, plan vs. actual, invoice lifecycle, etc...).
- Coordinate between the Corp IT units and other departments
- Responsible for raising flags and being a gatekeeper based on project needs and priorities.
- Global Budget control -Needs Collection, allocation, monitoring, handling exceptions, and meeting budget frames
Requirements
- +5 years of experience in the IT field in global technological companies (2 yrs as a Global teams manager) – Must
- Excellent IT skills and knowledge of IT best practices, policies, and regulations- Must
- Experience in Budget management – P&L understanding, project Costs, resource planning, and forecast, tracking budget gaps, and high analytical skills - MUST.
- Excellent English - MUST.
- Deep knowledge of Excel and all Office applications – MUST.
- Excellent Service-oriented – MUST
- +5 years experience in PMO Planning & Control activities
- First degree in Industrial engineering, PMP certificate - Advantage.
- Relevant background in SW/Communication global companies.
- Outstanding Presentation skills - Ability to create & deliver presentations effectively.
- Personal skills: Independent, hard worker, thinks outside the box, presentable, excellent interpersonal skills, prefer a fast-paced working environment.
