Job Title: Corporate Development Manager
Experience Required: 36 months
Education Required: Master’s degree
Duties: Assist with managing Jam City's corporate relationships with existing and potential investors, strategic partners, and professional service providers. Identify and build relationships with potential M&A or investment targets. Examine financial statements of competitive industry players in order to better understand comparable performance metrics of value to Jam City and determine the value of M&A targets. Track and analyze industry research on the global gaming industry and study current trends, particularly in international markets, and provide findings to senior management. Research, study, and evaluate financial data and present this information in comprehensive written and oral presentations to senior executives. Analyze and research business development / expansion in international markets to optimize localization plans. Manage relationships with strategic partners, including market intelligence firms and share insights and industry best practices learned from such partners with management.
Requirements : Master’s degree, or equivalent, in Business Administration, Finance, or related field, plus three (3) years of corporate development, business management, or related experience, including development of strategies for global business development; working with corporate finance, international economics, forecasting, financial analysis, and valuation; and developing business strategies within the international gaming industry.
