Playtika (Nasdaq: PLTK) is looking for an Analyst/Associate to join its Corporate Development team
Responsibilities
Will be part of a lean team and work on mergers, acquisitions, investments, capital markets transactions and help develop corporate and investment strategy by:
- Performing market research and competitive analyses
- Building financial models
- Performing due diligence and analyzing targets’ operating and financial results
- Researching and helping to define areas of investment focus
- Preparing investment and acquisition memorandums
- Making recommendations on strategic, corporate, and investment initiatives
- Working across Legal, Finance, Accounting, Investment, and Corporate Development
- Monitoring portfolio company results and providing recommendations as to how to improve them
Requirements
- A minimum of two-three year’s work experience in top-tier Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Gaming Corporate Development Team
- Experience within Gaming or a Gaming-adjacent vertical (eg. ad tech/marketing, product/analytics) will be a major plus
- Bachelor’s Degree with a Major in Finance or Accounting
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (proficiency in SQL is a plus)
- Enjoys entrepreneurial environment and is a self-starter
- Strong financial modeling (3-statement), analytical, and research abilities
- Entitled to work in the UK without any additional approvals
- Native-tongue fluency in English
