Playtika (Nasdaq: PLTK) is looking for an Analyst/Associate to join its Corporate Development team

Responsibilities

Will be part of a lean team and work on mergers, acquisitions, investments, capital markets transactions and help develop corporate and investment strategy by:

• Performing market research and competitive analyses
• Building financial models
• Performing due diligence and analyzing targets’ operating and financial results
• Researching and helping to define areas of investment focus
• Preparing investment and acquisition memorandums
• Making recommendations on strategic, corporate, and investment initiatives
• Working across Legal, Finance, Accounting, Investment, and Corporate Development
• Monitoring portfolio company results and providing recommendations as to how to improve them

Requirements

• A minimum of two-three year’s work experience in top-tier Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Gaming Corporate Development Team
• Experience within Gaming or a Gaming-adjacent vertical (eg. ad tech/marketing, product/analytics) will be a major plus
• Bachelor’s Degree with a Major in Finance or Accounting
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (proficiency in SQL is a plus)
• Enjoys entrepreneurial environment and is a self-starter
• Strong financial modeling (3-statement), analytical, and research abilities
• Entitled to work in the UK without any additional approvals
• Native-tongue fluency in English
