The minions of Hell are growing stronger... Descend into the deep dark dungeons of Diablo with us. At Blizzard Entertainment Copywriters are the storytellers that craft words and narratives to bring ideas to life. They are problem solvers and approach every project with an innovative mindset. Together in collaboration with Design Leads they bring our franchises into creative territories and craft excellent original content. They care for accurate spelling and grammar, but most of all, they care for the players, and will always speak to them in a way that rings true to the core of our games.

On any given day you might
● Build engaging social content such as memes, captions, storytelling and marketing messages
● Supervise and spot social media trends on various platforms to capitalize on opportunities
● Collaborate across the department with multiple teams to build the best possible execution

Your Mission
This role works closely with all engaged departments: Development Studios, Social, Global Marketing, Broadcast and Publishing to lead design and creative asset production. This is an opportunity for a dedicated, hardworking and proactive individual to grow and develop in a fast-paced environment while chipping in to a wide range of exciting products.

Requirements
● 3+ years’ experience writing for the web, social and marketing
● Proven understanding of social media platforms, associated media requirements and standard methodologies
● Excellent writing skills and the ability to apply Blizzard brand values on a wide variety of projects
● An understanding and passion of Diablo lore and cross Diablo titles
● Meticulous with a good eye for overall output
● Is a fresh problem solver who embraces challenges and new methods of solving problems
● Is self-motivated with a positive demeanour and strong communications skills
