Depuis 2006, notre équipe de vétérans a réalisé des centaines de projets pour les plus célèbres entreprises de divertissement du monde.

Sous la supervision du directeur de production, le coordonnateur de projets est responsable de soutenir la production de plusieurs projets dans toutes les sphères de développement. Il supporte les chargés de projet dans leurs activités quotidiennes et résout les problèmes pouvant freiner ou ralentir le travail de l’équipe. Il s’assure que les tâches administratives liées aux projets soient complétées. Il travaille en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe de management ainsi qu’avec l’adjointe administrative du studio.

Under the supervision of the director of production, the project coordinator is responsible for supporting the production of several projects in all spheres of development. He supports project managers in their daily activities and resolves issues that may stop or slow down teamwork. He ensures that the administrative tasks related to the projects are completed. He works in close collaboration with the management team as well as with the administrative assistant of the studio.

RESPONSIBILITIES

START-UP OF PROJECTS:

• Support for the administration of the customer invoicing system

PROJECT COORDINATION:

• Management of purchase orders and supplier invoices management system

CLOSING OF PROJECTS:

• Calculate the profitability of each project.

• Assist the management team in archiving projects.

OTHER TASKS:

• Participate in welcoming new employees.

• Ensure that new employee data is integrated into management systems.

• Help maintain a healthy and motivating work climate and ensure effective communication between team members.

Requirements

COMPÉTENCES ET EXPÉRIENCE REQUISES

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• College education in administration, management or any other relevant field.

• 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative support or project coordination position.

• Bilingual French and English.

• Analytical, innovative and critical mind;

• Very good organizational skills;

• Strong multitasking, monitoring, communication and organizational skills;

• Adaptability and ease of learning.
