Coordonnateur(trice) de Projet Junior - Project Coordinator Junior (Scrum Master)
Sous la responsabilité du Producteur, le Coordonnateur de projet est responsable de faire le suivi de l’avancement du projet et responsable de mettre en place et maintenir l’outil de planification Jira sous la méthode Agile. Il\elle possède des compétences accrues en organisation du travail et gestion des priorités, un esprit analytique qui lui permet d’identifier rapidement des problématiques et anomalies de la production afin de les relever rapidement au producteur. Il\elle sait identifier et communiquer au producteur les risques et présente pro-activement des rapports afin de supporter le producteur à la mitigation de ceux-ci. Suivant les priorités générales établies par le Production Manager et le Producteur, Il\elle priorise les tâches à faire dans les équipes, organise et dirige les sprints plannings et agit comme Scrum master.
Responsabilités :
- En collaboration avec les leads, il est responsable de la création des tâches et sous-tâches à compléter dans l’outil de suivi (Jira-Agile), en faire la priorisation selon les priorités générales données par le Producteur et s’assurer que celles-ci ont bien des temps estimés;
- Assurer une maintenance accrue et ce à tous les jours du projet Jira – Agile selon les best Practices du studio;
- Vérifier et communiquer régulièrement, auprès des leads d’équipe l'avancement du sprint, du projet afin de respecter les échéanciers, la qualité, le budget (ressources / temps) établis et rapporter l’information pertinente au Producteur;
- Faciliter et préparer les rituels Agile de manière efficace et rigoureuse ;
- Produire des rapports (Burndown) périodiques sur l’état d’avancement du projet et permettant de déceler les risques potentiels .;
- Assurer la bonne gestion et mise à jour de l’espace confluence du projet;
- Participer et donner du support lors des exercices de rétrospective de sprint et de post-mortem à la fin des projets afin de déterminer les éléments à retenir ou à modifier pour les autres projets;
- Agir en tant qu'agent de changement auprès de l'équipe lors de l'implantation de changements mis en place par le producteur.
Formation/Expérience :
- Baccalauréat en administration, gestion de projets ou autre domaine pertinent ou excellente expérience comme scrum master / manager de projet.;
- Certifier Agile / Scrum Master ou forte expérience en tant que Scrum Master ou manager Agile au sein d’une équipe de production;
- Bonne connaissance méthode agile;
- Minimum de 1 an d’expérience (avoir fait un cycle complet de production) en tant que coordonnateur de projet scrum master « management Agile » au sein d’une production de jeux vidéo;
- Expérience dans le domaine du jeu vidéo;
- Maîtrise des outils de gestion tels que Jira, Confluence, Excel/Sheet.
- Expérience dans le domaine du jeu vidéo mobile (un atout);
- Avoir produit et lancé au moins un (1) jeu vidéo (mobile – un atout);
- Expérience dans l’univers interactifs pour enfants (un atout);

Project Coordinator Junior (Scrum Master)
Reporting to the Producer, the Project Coordinator is responsible for monitoring the progress of the project and is responsible for implementing and maintaining the Jira planning tool under the Agile method. He/she has increased skills in work organization and priority management, an analytical mind that allows him/her to quickly identify problems and anomalies in production in order to quickly bring them to the attention of the Producer. He/she knows how to identify and communicate risks to the Producer and proactively presents reports to support the Producer in mitigating them. Following the general priorities established by the Production Manager and the Producer, he/she prioritizes the tasks to be done in the teams, organizes and directs the sprint plannings and acts as Scrum master.
Responsibilities:
- In collaboration with the Leads, he/she is responsible for the creation of tasks and subtasks to be completed in the tracking tool (Jira-Agile), prioritize them according to the general priorities given by the Producer and make sure that they have the estimated times;
- Ensure an increased maintenance and this at every day of the project Jira - Agile according to the best practices of the studio;
- Check and communicate regularly with the Team Leaders on the progress of the sprint and the project in order to respect the deadlines, the quality, the budget (resources / time) established and report the relevant information to the Producer;
- Facilitate and prepare Agile rituals in an efficient and rigorous manner;
- Produce periodic Burndown reports on the status of the project and identify potential risks;
- Ensure the proper management and updating of the project confluence space;
- Participate and provide support during sprint retrospective and post-mortem exercises at the end of projects to determine what needs to be retained or modified for other projects;
- Act as a change agent with the team during the implementation of changes put in place by the Producer.
Education/Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in administration, project management or other relevant field or excellent experience as a scrum master / project manager;
- Certified Agile / Scrum Master or strong experience as a Scrum Master or Agile manager within a production team;
- Good knowledge of agile methodology;
- Minimum of 1 year of experience (having done a full production cycle) as a Scrum Master Project Coordinator "Agile management" within a video game production;
- Experience in the video game industry;
- Mastery of management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Excel/Sheet;
- Experience in the field of mobile video games (an asset);
