Activision-Blizzard is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Content Programming Coordinator to support our games on the Battle.net platform. In this role you’ll work with internal and external partners to manage editorial and engagement updates and sale promotions on Battle.net.
The ideal candidate is a meticulous project manager who can think ahead and work independently. This person will also have experience building strong cross-functional relationships across internal teams and external partners to support campaigns from start to finish.
The Content Programming Coordinator should be highly organized, self-motivated, and passionate about gaming.

Covid-19 Hiring Update: We’re currently in a work-from-home model, and we’re continuing to interview and hire during this time. This role is expected to begin as a remote position but will transition to at least a partial in-office position based out of Irvine, CA. We understand each person’s circumstances may be unique and will work with you to explore possible interim options.
Responsibilities
- Act as a key contact between Blizzard and Activision’s internal departments and regional teams for updates related to editorial content, player engagement, and sale promotions
- Review and coordinate assets between Blizzard, Activision, Battle.net, and regional publishing teams
- Implement daily editorial and engagement updates and sale promotions on the Battle.net app
- Partner with Commercial and Marketing teams to ensure the Content Programming team has all the required assets and copy to support on-platform campaigns
- Provide the Blizzard Shop team with required assets and copy to ensure the homepage carousel is always up to date in all supported languages
- Help gather consumption data across all Battle.net channels and executions
- Set and manage stakeholder expectations while juggling competing and conflicting priorities
- Attend assigned meetings
Requirements
- A minimum of 1-year experience working with international teams
- Able to gather and align necessary resources against a schedule, especially under tight deadlines and changing project demands
- Able to establish key relationships, gain cooperation, and reduce tension among team members and impacted departments
- Impeccable written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Able to organize information in a clear and concise manner
- Be punctual and dependable
- Persuasive, encouraging, and a motivating influence with all assigned projects
- Experience addressing conflicting priorities and achieving consensus, while also assertively contributing relevant analysis, opinions, and thoughts
- Familiarity with the following tools: Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint etc.), Photoshop, Google Analytics, Microsoft Planner, Wrike, SharePoint
