About the team

About the role

As the Controller, you will be an integral part of the Finance and Accounting team in driving key processes and visibility for the Company. You will be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day and month end accounting, reporting and associated control processes to ensure the leadership team has the building blocks to make strategic business decisions. We are looking for an experienced leader who is not afraid to get involved in the nitty gritty, excited to work in a fast-paced start up environment and can bring a positive attitude.

Benefits

The annual compensation range for this position is $170,000-$190,000. The salary offered within this range will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.

Benefits offered for this position include 90% employer-paid healthcare for employee and dependents (medical, dental, vision); 401K with 50% employer match (up to 4%); open PTO policy; 16-week parental leave; basic life insurance, AD&D, and short-term disability.
