Contracts Administrator

AppLovin is looking for a highly-qualified Contracts Administrator. With direction and guidance from the Director of Contracts and Compliance Operations, this position is responsible for ensuring all client and partner / vendor contracts are executed and filed in a matter that is consistent with AppLovin’s business practices. We are headquartered in Palo Alto, California, but this role is eligible for alternative worksites and/or work from home.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assist internal teams on all levels of the company in the coordination and creation of new contracts, contract renewals, amendments, and other ancillary documents.
• Analyze and raise awareness to potential risks involved with certain contract agreements.
• Prepare and disseminate information to appropriate employees regarding contract status.
• Reinforces and educates teams on contracting process, structure, and guidelines as well as our contracting tool / software (Ironclad).
• Respond to questions from internal associates and clients.
• Monitor all contract deadlines and conditions to ensure timelines and obligations are met.
• Organize large volumes of information.
• Collaborate with internal Finance, Operations, People, IT on various agreements and new initiatives.
• Support internal SOX control requirements and reporting.

Your background and who you are:

• 3+ years of related experience
• Proficient knowledge of legal requirements of a contract
• Proficient with MS Office Word, Adobe, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent reading and comprehension skills
• Proficient ability to detect errors, patters, and / or inconsistencies
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Demonstrate ability to multitask and prioritize as needed
• Ability to apply critical and strategic thinking
• Team player
• Ability to pivot on a moment’s notice

Bonus points:

• Experience with Ironclad contract management system
