Contract Recruiter (Associate to Mid)

Bungie is seeking a motivated and results-driven Contract Recruiter to help continue our success in building high performing, passionate, and innovative teams responsible for creating amazing experiences. Our studio needs a Contract Recruiter who will play a key role in hiring at velocity for our contingent staff. You will partner closely with hiring managers to execute all stages of our full cycle recruiting workflow to support our studio growth plans.
Duration: 9 months
RESPONSIBILITES
- Understand Bungie’s hiring needs and translate those needs into effective and efficient candidate generation strategies
- Own and manage the full cycle recruitment process – source superlative candidates, interview, extend offers and close reqs
- Drive talent engagement: Source, identify, and cultivate relationships with active and passive candidates to fill current needs and for future candidate pipelining
- Screen candidates for availability, interest level, eligibility to work in the U.S., salary expectations, relocation needs, relevant skills and experience, and core competencies and present them to appropriate hiring teams
- Attend job fairs, conventions and conferences such as college career fairs and GDC
- Advise hiring managers on all aspects of the hiring process
- Understand candidate needs and successfully close candidates; use a high degree of professionalism and savviness in generating and negotiating offers
- Ensure that every candidate has an outstanding and inclusive experience
- Maintain and encourage further development of recruitment initiatives/programs (e.g. employee referral program, relocation programs, compensation surveys, etc.)
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Experience with in house, full-cycle recruiting or agency recruiting
- Demonstrated experience recruiting for various levels within an organization
- Proven ability creating candidate pipelines and a proven track record of hiring success
- Ability to interact with all levels of the organization; operating in a rapidly changing environment
- Ability to implement targeted sourcing initiatives utilizing a variety of tools including LinkedIn, Boolean, Gem, Chrome Extensions, and other internet research tactics
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships; experience with coaching hiring managers
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Greenhouse
NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS
- Previous recruiting experience in the video game industry
- Previous experience driving diversity sourcing strategies
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
Most Bungie employees and contractors will adopt a digital first approach allowing remote work in Bungie approved locations (outside of positions identified as 100% onsite in Bellevue/Seattle, or individuals preferring a hybrid/flex environment). Prospective employees located outside of CA, FL, IL, NC, OR, TX, or WA will need to establish residency in one of the states we are compliant in within 45 days of a start date.
