A Player Support Associate provides front-line virtual customer service to the population of the live game. The Player Support Team diagnoses issues, troubleshoots the root cause, collaborates with developers to fix the problem, and communicates the status of our progress. Their mission is to keep the players of Destiny connected and informed.

In 2022, most Bungie employees will adopt a flexible schedule working from home part time (outside of positions identified as either 100% onsite or fully remote in CA, FL, IL, NC, OR, TX, and WA).
