SUMMARY OF POSITION
Pixelberry Studios is looking for a project based contract video compositor with animation experience to work with the marketing team to produce fun and new advertising creatives. You should have experience and expertise in creating dynamic motion graphics that would make for engaging video marketing content. Your experience in animation helps you bring 2D assets to life, and as a highly creative visual storyteller, you pride yourself in your ability to create quality, polished and impactful content for our successful interactive storytelling app, Choices.
Our headquarters are in Mountain View, CA but we can accommodate a remote work environment for a candidate from the following states: California, Colorado, Florida, Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Texas, and Washington.
Currently, all Pixelberry staff work remotely with the option to work in-office, if desired.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Delivering high quality video marketing creatives in a fast paced environment to be implemented in our mobile marketing campaign strategy
- Creating animations and motion graphics using static imagery
- 1 - 3 deliverables monthly with room to expand to more
REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ years of experience as a video compositor and animator
- Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Experienced in character rigging in After Effects
- Trained in fundamental character animation skills
- Experienced in incorporating sound effects and design into video
- Strong visual communication understanding
PLUSSES
- Digital illustration experience
- Experience with Duik Bassel AE rigging plugin
- Experience with Element 3D, Blender, Maya, or Cinema 4D
- Enjoy creating visual content for social media platforms
- Experience working with online marketing platforms, Google, Facebook, etc
