Job Description
HR Controlling is a recent function within the company, therefore you will have the opportunity to bring your insights to the current processes and participate in the continuous improvement of the function. You will actively take part in the HR function transformation through the HRIS and continuous improvement of HR practices.
Under the responsibility of the Global C&B Manager and in coordination with the Finance team, you will work closely with the Cost Control team, local Controllers, HR Managers and Payroll Specialists but also with Operational Managers and Executive Committee team members.
As Global HR Controller, you will be responsible for the main responsibilities listed below:
HR Controlling
- Monitoring the salary mass on a worldwide scale (collecting data about local salary mass from local HR Managers, updating, analyzing and improving the corresponding periodic report and dashboard);
- Producing periodic headcount reports and indicators;
- Monitoring HR KPI’s (recruitment, turnover, career management, etc.);
- Simulating and building the annual HR budget;
- Acting as central contact person for HR company-wide personnel cost and FTE controlling process in close collaboration with Finance;
- Providing HR quantitative and/or qualitative analysis when needed.
Compensation and benefits topics
- Contributing to the salary review process by ensuring the application of the compensation policy;
- Contributing to the bonus accruals process and providing bonus forecasts;
- Participating to projects on compensation and benefits topics.
HR Tools and processes contribution
- Participating to the improvement and evolution of internal tools, processes and procedures;
- Contributing and participating actively to the project group for the implementation of an HRIS:
- Being the referent on HR controlling issues;
- Being responsible for analysis and optimization of HR data;
- Providing action plans to smoothen HR operations.
Qualifications
The main skills required:
- First experience as a Controller in an international context preferably in a matrix organization;
- Proven problem solving skills and solution orientation;
- Excellent numerical reasoning and analytical thinking as well as strong client orientation;
- Strong communication skills;
- Proactivity, creativity, organization and autonomy;
- Full professional proficiency in English;
- Advanced level on Microsoft Excel, comfortable with data manipulation;
- Knowledge of an HRIS is a plus.
