Ce que tu vas faire

Relevant du Contrôleur Financier, le·la Contrôleur Adjoint·e effectue le suivi des opérations comptables de la société. La personne fournit des informations financières et des analyses au Contrôleur Financier. Elle participe activement aux projets de l’équipe finances et contribue à améliorer les processus.

• Produit la projection de trésorerie;
• Assiste la production des états financiers mensuels;
• Participe aux rapports de fin de mois;
• Participe à l’implantation de l’ERP comptable
• Assiste à la production des réclamations gouvernementales dans le domaine du multimédia;
• Assiste à la production de la déclaration annuelle d’impôt;
• Assiste à la production du dossier de crédit de R&D;
• Assiste le contrôleur financier lors de l’audit annuel;
• Assiste le contrôleur financier sur tout autre dossier fiscal;
• Assiste à la préparation des projets spéciaux.

Ce que tu apportes

• Titre comptable;
• 5 années d’expérience pertinente;
• Connaissance avancée d’Excel;
• Bilinguisme à l’oral et à l’écrit.

Encore mieux si tu as

• Connaissance de Power Query dans Excel un atout;
• Autonomie;
• Leadership;
• Souci du détail, de la qualité et habilité à travailler en équipe;
• Entregent, dynamisme, organisation et précision;
• Capacité à respecter la confidentialité des informations financières;
• Gestion des délais et des priorités;
• Intégrité.

ASSISTANT CONTROLLER

REPORTS TO: FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

PERMANENT - FULL TIME

What you will do

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Assistant Controller monitors the company's accounting operations. The person provides financial information and analysis to the Financial Controller. He/she actively participates in the finance team's projects and contributes to process improvements.

• Produces the cash flow projection;
• Assists in the production of monthly financial statements;
• Participates in month-end reports;
• Participates in the implementation of the ERP accounting system
• Assists in the production of government claims in the multimedia field;
• Assists in the production of the annual tax return;
• Assists in the production of the R&D credit file;
• Assists the financial controller during the annual audit;
• Assists the financial controller on any other tax file;
• Assists in the preparation of special projects.

What you bring

• Accounting designation;
• 5 years of relevant experience;
• Advanced knowledge of Excel;
• Bilingualism in oral and written.

Even better if you have

• Knowledge of Power Query in Excel an asset;
• Autonomous;
• Leadership;
• Attention to detail, quality and ability to work in a team;
• Interpersonal skills, dynamism, organization and accuracy;
• Ability to respect the confidentiality of financial information;
