Job Description
Assists onsite Contract Manager with administrative functions and support for all contingent labor to include onboarding,
Responsibilities:
- Acts as primary contact for all contingent worker technical issues
- Analyzes and documents problem, recommends solutions, initiates corrective actions
- Follows up on problem resolution and completes status reports
- Serves as the information resource for Contingent vendor management systems; including determination of the most appropriate configurations, educating users to retrieve the information.
- Partner with agency vendors to coordinates the on-boarding process and will provide any necessary outreach
- Will act as warm hand off person for all payroll candidates (i.e. candidates identified by ML that we be payroll through vendor)
- Will liaison with internal teams (IT & Front desk) to onboard contractors; specifically to enter JIRA tickets and manage JIRA process from entry to manager to hardware completion
- Collects documents from contractors (EA, IDs, Background checks)
- Maintain contractor data (pay, bill, SOWs, SOW extensions, etc).
- Set up contractor orientation, assist with badging all new hires and collect/coordinate all orientation materials
- Participate in development of policies and procedures
- Make recommendations on candidate experience (hand off from ML to agency)
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience on the agency/staffing side as well as some corporate experience.
- Must have good Excel & PowerPoint skills
- HR and Business acumen
- Knowledge of the recruiting industry and experience working in the recruiting industry – prior experience managing Contractors is necessary.
- Must have experience working with Staffing organizations
Education:
- High School degree
- Some college course work is ideal
