Content and Social Media Manager Assistant – Internship July 2022 (F/H/NB)

Job Description

Within the creative studios headquarters, you will be part of the Online Services team and more specifically the Ubisoft Connect team. Ubisoft Connect is Ubisoft's new generation of services dedicated to our players, whose mission is to encourage and reward player loyalty within the Ubisoft ecosystem: cross-platform features, exclusive in-game and out-of-game rewards, special challenges, personalized tips and statistics, discounts...
Reporting to the Content Manager, you will participate in the development and deployment of the communication of benefits and content related to Ubisoft Connect.

Your missions:
Your mission is to ensure and regularly enrich the international communication channels of Ubisoft Connect (Social Media, Website, mobile app, In-game Overlay...) with relevant content for our players.
In this role:

• You will participate in the development of Ubisoft Connect's international communications plans around game launches & live content from the Ubisoft catalogue
• You will create and publish content (Social Media Publications, News) highlighting the benefits of Connect according to pre-established communication plans to highlight the service in compliance with the guidelines & in collaboration with the Brand Manager.
• You will report monthly on the performance of your social media communications.

Qualifications

• We are looking for a student from a business/communication school or university with a specialisation in Marketing, Communication or Social Media.
• You have excellent writing skills in English.
• You are rigorous and organised
• You have a good knowledge of digital and viral marketing levers: online media, social networks, community management, KPIs...
• You are able to build communication plans with associated objectives and know how to manage regular content on interfaces and services
• Creative and dynamic, you are known for your ability to make proposals and enjoy working in a team
• A strong interest in the field of video games is a plus
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop and HTML is a plus

Additional Information

• 6-month internship starting in July 2022
• Location: Saint-Mandé, accessible by metro line 1 (Saint-Mandé) and RER A (Vincennes)
