Combine your passion for web site management with B2B content marketing by joining our trade marketing team as a Content Specialist! In this position, you'll help maintain our WPN website and craft content and marketing materials to support sales of our products in Wizards Play Network member stores.
What You'll Do:
- Lead all aspects of website maintenance/uploading of content to CMS, including cross-channel collaboration for delivery weekly email newsletter.
- Coordinate asset collection associated with assigned projects.
- Select and resize product images with some light design work of marketing materials.
- Collaborate with brand managers, OP specialists and website producers in development of content as needed.
- Collect and report analytics and data as advised by content manager.
- Lead and update internal resource manuals and style guides.
- Independently solve issues with delivery/execution for WPN Update.
- Problem-solve and handle issues with layout, design, and publication on the WPN website.
- Retrieve assets/information needed to complete assignments on time.
- Manage projects that require assistance of other teams.
What You'll Bring:
- 2-3 years of experience updating content for a website or blog, including technical know-how.
- Knowledge of content management systems (Drupal and Contentful preferred) web publishing applications, and HTML.
- Knowledge of design software (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Tactically detail oriented, logistically proficient, process oriented.
- Ability to adapt to fluctuating team priorities and deadlines.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
