Content Specialist (Contract)

As a Content Specialist, you will create and follow content strategies, be a bridge for central assets to reach our players. Research trending topics on social media. Work closely with digital and social media agencies for developing engaging content for our players.

This is a contract role with a limited term (12 months).

The Team

You will be based in Istanbul, Turkey. You will join a lean and dedicated team of Rioters working across multiple communities, platforms and games: League of Legends, VALORANT, Teamfight Tactics, Legends of Runeterra, and our upcoming releases, such as League of Legends: Wild Rift. You will report directly to the Communication Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Manage websites content mainly for VALORANT, Teamfight Tactics, Legends of Runeterra
• Work with social media agencies for posting global assets.
• Manage creative team of agencies for local annual/monthly plans
• Work with brand teams for seizing opportunities for engagement
• Analyze and report campaign results according to social media and content performance
• Be the voice of the player’s reactions.
• Solve challenges before/after regular business hours, when needed

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years in social or digital media, at an agency or in-house
• Hands-on and experience in digital/social media
• Proficient in social media tools and software (Spredfast, Sprinklr)
• In-depth knowledge and curiosity of digital media landscape
• Fluent Turkish and proficient English speaker
