Content Release Manager - Rocksmith+ - One Year Contract

Job Description
We are seeking a Content Release Manager to join our San Francisco studio in developing Rocksmith+, Ubisoft’s flagship music-learning subscription service.
This role plays a pivotal part in the Live Operations pipeline. You’ll work alongside musicians, video makers, designers, and writers to grow Rocksmith+’s vibrant learning platform—releasing new songs, lessons, videos, and more to ensure players always have something new to discover.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Use a range of tools and tech to shepherd assets from development environments and into the live game
- Coordinate with a cross-functional, multi-national team across time zones to ensure timely content releases
- Wield expert knowledge of the content pipeline, evaluating teams’ release calendars and identifying potential schedule risks
- Facilitate QA testing for content releases, communicate critical issues like missing assets or server errors to ensure prompt mitigation
Qualifications
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Understanding of live service fundamentals in video games or a related field and at least six months of live content release experience
- Familiarity with release tools, including spreadsheets (Excel), JIRA, online databases, and game engines
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Affinity for problem solving and continual process improvement
