Content Producers

Creative Assembly are currently seeking two experienced Content Producers to work with our in-house Total War Brand team. You will be working closely with the Lead Content Producer, Head of Community Marketing and title Brand Manager and will commission and create engaging content for marketing purposes.
You are highly skilled in video editing and producing a range of audio-visual content types: from Let’s Play videos, to videos meant to delight and excite the Total War community as well as holding games video capture and editing experience.
You have exceptional time management skills and a creative mind for developing content for any of our marketing campaigns or titles. Strong time management and experience working under deadlines is vital to a successful candidate for this position.
The role demands a strong familiarity with videogames, marketing campaigns and social media, with a keen eye for detail on which elements work best. The ideal candidate would bring a solid track record of content creation, preferably for games media, and a detailed understanding of who the Total War audience is and what makes them tick.
All applicants are required to submit a show reel in support of their application, demonstrating audio-visual content. Applications cannot be considered without an accompanying show reel.
Key Responsibilities
Core functions of this role include script editing, capture, edit, voice over work and curate content for the Total War Team.
This role will require a process driven person with strong communication skills. Someone who can work with key stakeholders and adhere to tight deadlines under pressure. A Previous knowledge of WIP's and the iterative video process when dealing with many different disciplines potentially in multiple countries at once. Experience capturing games in various stages of development, with the ability to find creative solutions to capture blockers such as bugs & dev delays.
Some examples of the types of projects you would be capturing for: Let's Play's / Press Reveals / Feature Spotlights / Campaign Creative / Animating Sale & Steam Assets / GIF's / In-game Screenshots / Tutorials / Trailer Recut's / Dev Diary's / Lower Thirds / Live Streamed Events etc
Knowledge, Skill and Experience

- Background working as a video editor or capture artist.
- Expert knowledge in Adobe Premiere & Adobe After Effects
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Strong Motion Graphics knowledge & any background working on animating advertising and campaign promotionals, trailer recuts, reheat campaigns, press packs - all a relevant plus
- Experience playing Total War Games and/ or grand strategy titles.
- Experience scripting and crafting narratives that are relevant to that campaign.
- Strong eye for game capture and known for that critical attention to detail.
Desirable
- Live production knowledge definitely a plus
- Live production knowledge definitely a plus
- Streaming and Broadcast Production technical knowledge also a plus
- Previous games industry or games capture experience
- A thorough understanding of Social Platforms and their requirements
- Basic knowledge of camera and audio equipment
- Experience of working within a large games developer or publisher marketing team is preferred but not required
