Content Manager Assistant - Internship 6 months

Job Description

Within our Ubisoft Paris Mobile studio and reporting to the Associate Producer of an unannounced Mobile project, your missions will focus on the following points:

• Identify the needs of the different teams contributing to the project (designers, artists, programmers, marketing, testers, etc.)
• Structure all the documentation (design, tech, workflow, lore, concept arts, etc.) necessary for the proper development of the project within the internal wiki (Confluence)
• Facilitate the sharing of this content among the various teams involved in the project by providing appropriate editing and navigations tools
• Harmonize the presentation of assets (implementation and respect of a nomenclature)
• Train and answer questions from teams regardind the organization and best practices for using Confluence
• Implement standardized processes for sharing content on the project's Confluence
• Participate in international Content Mananger meetings to maintain and acquire new skills

Qualifications

• You have a Degree in Game Design, Documentation, Project Management, Webdesign or equivalent
• Rigorous and reliable, you like to organize, prioritize and centralize information
• Autonomous, you are easy to talk and do not hesitate to identify your contacts by yourself
• You know how to write in a synthetic way, you are methodical, rigorous and committed
• You have a first successful experience in a company, ideally ina production context
• You have a good understanding of the work of each trade involved in the development of video games
• You are passionate about the video game industry and are ideally sensitive to mobile games
• You have a very good level of written and spoken English as you will be interacting with English-speaking teams
