Content Lead

Easybrain is now looking for a skilled manager with a prior experience in game development area, to lead our Game Content Department. The ideal candidate will establish and maintain content creation processes, as well as communicate closely with product and content management teams.

- Supervise activity and performance of content creation teams;

- Create and maintain effective content delivery processes;

- Communicate with stakeholders to maintain quality of deliverables;

- Work closely with Product Managers and Analysts for constant improvements of content’s quality and efficiency;

- Act as a project manager in content department to ensure content delivery deadlines.

- 3+ years of experience as Project Manager in game development industry and/or as Senior/Lead Game Designer;

- Creative and analytical mindset;

- Experience working with a team (minimum 5 persons);

- Understanding of game content creation pipelines and processes;

- Knowledge of basic game product metrics;

- Russian language proficiency;

- English language proficiency.
