Summary
This position is a hands-on role developing competency-based training courses based on key Aristocrat products and initiatives to ensure the success of the Customer Experience Solutions department’s training for both customers and operational teams. This role is focused on creating engaging digital learning content to support technical onboarding, product training, role-based processes, and continuous improvement.What you'll do
- Reporting to the CXS Knowledge Delivery Manager, supports the knowledge-driven activities and continuous improvement of the department responsible for top-line revenue Services to clients by facilitating knowledge of work procedures, job-specific functions and tasks, and new and upgraded products
- Design, develop, edit, and deliver engaging materials for both instructor-led classes and digital learning (videos, e-learning modules, quick tips, etc.) for internal and customer-facing audiences, implementing user-centered design for the best learner experience
- Update and transform current digital learning modules to reflect consistent improvement and accurate product/process information and ensure an engaging learning experience for internal and external learners
- Lead the synthesis of feedback to consistently improve, adapt, and design content that best suits the needs of internal and external audiences
- Collaborate closely with Knowledge Delivery team to create, adjust, and improve digital learning collateral to stay up-to-date with the latest product releases, project schedules, and internal processes
- Apply brand standards across all printed and digital training material and take the lead in any rebranding initiatives
- Participate in review processes, ensuring that learning experiences achieve objectives and key results in measurable learning outcomes
- Set the example for innovative content development approaches to increase our visibility within the market as an organization with best-in-class training content
- Ability to thrive in a constantly changing project environment that can have moving deadlines and be a leader in innovation for continuous improvement
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Curriculum Development, Marketing, Project Management, Hospitality or equivalent, preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Five (5)+ years of experience in a progression of roles or a combination of relevant work experience including content development, marketing, communications, or related
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Excellent interpersonal skills, and able to communicate under pressure. Must be comfortable working with all levels of the business and deliver presentations.
- Demonstrated experience with content development and a proven ability to translate technical concepts into an engaging learning experience
- Strong working knowledge of creative tools and content development software such as Premiere Pro, Photoshop, InDesign, Camtasia, Canva, Vyond, etc.
- Must be able to handle multiple projects and tasks at one time. Travel up to 10% possible.
- Individual is highly motivated, confident in collaboration skills, and must be a self-starter and eager to learn and improve
