Content Designer Intern

WHO WE ARE:

2K is a leading global developer and publisher of some of today’s most popular games and is most well-known for several of its critically-acclaimed franchises, including NBA 2K, Borderlands, BioShock, Mafia, WWE 2K, Sid Meier’s Civilization, XCOM, PGA TOUR 2K and more. The Creative Services team is a rapidly growing team of experienced and talented designers and artists that are fueling the acceleration of 2K’s growth.

WHAT WE NEED:

Reporting to the Design Lead, the Design Intern will support the Creative Services team by helping create digital and print marketing assets to support all marketing channels in a fast-paced environment. This will include completing important and immediately applicable design projects for all of our current games and other yet to be announced titles.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Design assets for digital and print media including social
• Produce marketing and advertising materials in line with marketing briefs, templates, and brand style guides
• Brainstorm and collaborate with the design team to ensure consistency and alignment with corporate brand guidelines
• Interpreting design briefs and conceptualizing to an effective and appropriate visual solution
• Collaborate to ensure that all design-related processes run efficiently

WHO WE THINK WILL BE A GREAT FIT:

• You are enrolled in either a college or university at the time of the internship
• You are studying graphic design or a related field
• You enjoy design, creative thinking and are happy to brainstorm
• You are organized
• You are willing to roll up your sleeves and get things done
• Being passionate about games and 2K franchises a plus
