We are looking for a Consumer Integrated Marketing to drive the consumer marketing strategy, including positioning, messaging, and channel planning for key priority projects as well as build strategic marketing and content planning for a key verticalization product launch. You will work closely with relationships across multiple groups including Product, Marketing, Research, Partnerships and the Communications teams.
You Will:
- Develop strategic marketing plans for high-priority Roblox consumer related campaigns and verticalized product features.
- Support development of compelling, evergreen content that educates users and all stakeholders (Communications, Product, Social, Licensing, Partnerships) on the campaign and drives engagement.
- Lead cross-functional partners to execute marketing using our owned and earned channels.
- Communicate compelling feedback to fuel improvement to existing campaigns and communication.
- Foster deep cross-collaboration between Product, Engineering, Marketing, Comms, Partnerships, and Developer teams. Become a trusted advisor to these departments. Ability to drive alignment with leadership on compelling strategies and sensitive topics.
- Effectively communicate details internally and externally. The goal is to make sure that all internal stakeholders are fully up-to-speed on launch details and external stakeholders have a smooth onboarding on any changes to their experience.
- Report to Social Lead
You Have:
- 8+ years experience with Marketing with proficient knowledge of Product Marketing, Consumer Marketing and Partnership Marketing.
- Experience leading omnichannel marketing campaigns.
- A highly collaborative and globally mind with an extremely high level of audience focus.
- Proficiency in messaging, positioning and marketing/content strategy.
- Experience being effective and hands-on with individual projects.
- High attention to detail including precise and effective communications.
- A track record of driving cross-functional alignment and working closely with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.
Annual Salary Range
$102 — $125 USD
