Consumer Division, Influencer Program Manager

The opportunity

As an Influencer Program Manager, you will join Unity’s newest Consumer Team. The team members enjoy long company tenures, and we are proud to work with a diverse and hardworking group of teammates! As part of this role, you will scout and recruit some of the most well-known and future gaming influencers, modders, and casters in the world! You will plan and handle influencer activations sought for recruiting casters and streamers to use Unity’s casting tools. In 2022 your work will also include the promotion of the modding tools. Leading all aspects of collaborations showcasing Unity’s tools globally. We want you to join the team as we define and reinvent the way casters and modder produce content consumed by millions of gamers around the world.

You will take part in defining the program's strategy, driven research, outreach, and relationship building while working closely with the internal product and marketing teams. You will lead the analysis of campaigns’ performance, support multiple influencer activations, and assist in planning quarterly and annual collaborations and events. What you’ll be doing

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with streamers, gaming influencers, gaming celebrities, and social media creators for our live streaming/caster product and modding tools as they become market-ready
• Build out campaigns to contribute to the growth of the Unity Game Store and consumer streamers
• Responsible for talent discovery and onboarding
• Collaborate with influencers to produce collaboration content of casting and modding tools
• Participate in drafting and revising related policies of talents/influencers management.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in influencer campaign or program management, preferably gaming influencers
• Top-tier social media and analytics tools specialist
• Strong project management skills and ability to run multiple projects in parallel
• Professional, patient, and skillful communicator, experienced in working with micro and macro-influencers
• Proficient in verbal and written English
