Your Mission
The Analyst, Consolidations & Reporting is responsible for bringing together all the General Ledgers worldwide to arrive at a Corporate view and performing Corporate Reporting functions. The position requires a highly motivated individual who has fundamental knowledge and experience with general accounting, month end close procedures, eliminations and consolidations, controls, analytics, and foreign currency issues.
The position requires working closely with the corporate accounting group, global territories, and business units to ensure (1) completeness and accuracy of consolidated results, (2) intercompany transactions are matched accordingly, and (3) eliminations and foreign exchange entries are booked.
This person will be expected to assist with coordination and consolidation for all monthly and periodic financial reporting results and the integrity of the worldwide general ledger.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Ensure integrity of global account balances as a matter of course and in connection with Management & SEC reporting reviews.
- Assist in monthly global accounting closes including preparation and communication of global close calendars and monitoring close progression.
- Prepare accounting entries and reconciliations associated with various corporate transactions, such as global intercompany, investment in subsidiary, etc.
- Perform accounting functions for certain international companies.
- Perform the global translation/consolidation process and Hyperion actuals loads in accordance with close calendar.
- Coordination of monthly global reporting packages with various entities.
- Record quarterly top-side entries.
Player Profile
Qualifications:
- B.A./B.S. in Accounting
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in professional accounting
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel is required.
- Experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite, OBIEE Answers and/or Hyperion Essbase is a plus
- Must possess strong analytical skills with ability to problem solve.
- Must be highly organized and able to deal with a high amount of data.
- Ability to work proactively and independently and with a team in a fast-paced, high growth environment.
- Must possess strong work ethic and willing to work extra hours and weekends during quarter-end and year-end closes in order to meet target.

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $55,800.00 - $103,230.00 Annual. This base pay range is for the U.S. and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
