Configuration Manager

Description

SciPlay is a leading developer and publisher of digital games on mobile and web platforms, providing highly entertaining free-to-play games that millions of people play every day. We’re looking for a Configuration Manager that will be responsible for ensuring the successful launch of in-game events, promotions, new content and features in the live game environment. The Configuration Manager will work closely with several game team functions in order to maintain the status of all live events and general live game monitoring and will be in constant communication with the game team and customer support teams regarding issues in the live game.

Key Responsibilities

In this role you will work with various game team departments: Product, Production and Development, to facilitate the technical implementation of in-game events, promotions, content releases, and features in the live game environment, using administrative tools and data editing while working off of plans provided to you by the game team. You will work closely with QA to facilitate the flow of different elements through our development environments. As a Configuration Manager at SciPlay, you must be detail oriented and flexible with working hours as events occur throughout the day.

As part of this role, you will also manage the Game’s portfolio of social media and push notifications with the purpose of generating player engagement with our game and maintaining the brand.

• Able to meet quick deadlines and deliver precise, effective results in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• One of the following is an advantage: experience with database administration and data entry/ an experience in quality assurance.
• Computer Savvy.
