Concept Artist

The Concept Artist is in charge of the creation and design of environments, backgrounds, characters and any visual component of the game, based on ideas presented by the Art Director and the team.

Responsibilities

• Produce a wide range of highly creative character, creature and environment concept art
• Seek feedback from the Art Director in style and mood.
• Create detailed visual designs for the production of the graphic assets
• Maintain consistent style under the direction of the Art Director
• Communicate and collaborate with co-workers, including the other artists but also level architects, level designers, programmers, ..
