Requirements

● Great knowledge of perspective, color, lighting and composition.
● Great foundational skills in composition, value, and dynamic
posing.
● Strong knowledge of 2D tools.
● Knowledge of 3D tools.
● Great sense of storytelling.
● Ability to create unique and original concepts.
● Ability to work within gameplay design restraints.
● Great traditional drawing skills and knowledge of human anatomy.
● Great understanding of color theory and how color affects mood.
● Great visual sense for characters and environments.
● Ability to really get ideas, mood and scene settings visualised.
● Demonstrate imaginative and innovative solutions and
interpretations to game situations
● Great capacity for gathering references and create mood boards

On top of these team-building activities, our lunch and learn workshops, not to mention the lavish Christmas and summer parties, foster that ‘work hard, play hard’ mantra. Our offices are based in the heart of the metropolises of London and Lviv, surrounded by an abundance of diversity and inspiration to keep those ideas flowing.
