We are a young Internal Development studio at All in! Games. As a team small in numbers, we still dream big within the limits.
Goal: we want to leave a positive mark in the world of video games with projects that are not only fun, but also fresh, memorable, and beautiful. Inspired by SUPERGIANT GAMES , we are not (and never will be) a big corporation: we highly value each team member, which means your influence over the project will be substantial – whether it’s by the feedback you give, or the work you do.
Work: As a Concept Artist, you will be in charge of creating various conceptual artwork (with an emphasis on environments and props) on an unannounced game project with stylized graphics. Your work will be used by the rest of the team as an inspiration and a reference for further production processes. You’ll work closely with our Art Director, Level Designer and other Concept Artists.
Location: Cracow / Remotely
Software/Tools we use:
Photoshop (or other 2D equivalent), Maya (or other 3D equivalent), Unity.
Skills required:
- Making high-quality concept art based on provided information and references
- Doing quality paintovers (for ex. from provided screenshots)
- Good art fundamentals (color usage, shape language, etc.)
- Good grasp on perspective, composition and dimensionality in art
- Solving visual problems and providing ideas with your designs
- Communicative English
- Willingness to learn and expand your existing knowledge
Bonus points if you:
- have already worked professionally in an art team (game dev, animation, etc.)
- can use 3D for concepting (simple blockouts),
- are interested in other aspects of video game development (for example texturing, UI design, etc.)
- could drop by from time to time for a team meeting in Cracow
