Concept Artist (Character)

GSN Games is seeking a Concept Artist specializing in Character Design to join our team in Bangalore!

What You'll Do:
You’ll work with a passionate group of world-class designers and game artists on content for a wide variety of web and mobile games, as well as partner with various departments throughout the production pipeline to create fun and exciting art for our featured products and marketing content.

Projects you will work on may touch various platforms such as Facebook, mobile phones & tablets, and the web.

You Will:

• Collaborate with Art and Design team in designing characters for the game at the highest standard of quality
• Bring refreshing and fun characters to life that follow our style and narratives
• Be adaptive to a fast-paced and collaborative space
• Be self-driven and independently take task to completion keeping relevant stakeholders in loop
• Work with animators and background concept artist in providing a seamless experience

About You:

• You are experienced character designer who has worked in gaming for 4-12 years
• You are strong in the fundamentals of character anatomy and poses
• You are comfortable in designing both human and animals in the Bingo Bash style
• You are quick in coming up with options and articulate your design choices to all stake holders
• You understand the requirement and research the background and demography
• You are strong at written and vocal communication
• You have strong knowledge of tools like Adobe Photoshop
• You have passion for playing games and have an understanding of industry standards and best practices
