Compliance Specialist - Microsoft platform

Job Description
Microsoft Compliance Specialists ensure that the platform standards applicable for the game they are testing are respected and correctly implemented. You will closely collaborate with the Production team throughout the development of a title and help in validating the games released by Ubisoft for Xbox One and Xbox Series Families.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all console products meet submission requirements for MICROSOFT platform(Xbox Requirements);
- Keep up to date with the technical information provided by Microsoft and share expert-level knowledge on 1st Party related topics;
- Maintain close communication with 1st Party and Production teams, in order to provide relevant feedback on requirements quality;
- Maintain a constructive and effective collaboration with stakeholders/external teams involved in the submission process to Microsoft;
- Prepare and send Compliance and Validation reports;
- Manage tests on a daily basis, report compliance bugs and handle special requests and tasks;
- Work autonomously and proactively provide feedback and solutions;
Qualifications
Job requirements:
- Relevant experience in video game testing (Quality Assurance)
- Good spoken and written communication skills and excellent English skills;
- Good knowledge of MS Office(Excel, Word, PPT);
- Previous experience working with bug tracking tools(Jira)
- Ability to quickly adapt or research new technologies;
- Be a team player, while having great work ethics;
- Sharp observation skills with a proactive mindset;
Nice to have:
- Experience in compliance testing;
- Platform-specific knowledge(Xbox console, tools[Xbox CMD, Xbox One Manager, Fiddler]).
- Basic knowledge of programming logic is an asset (batch script, visual studio knowledge)
