Community Support Specialist - (Contract)

We are looking for a temporary, community-oriented support specialist! As a Community Support Specialist, you will provide product and services information and resolve any emerging problems that our community members might face with both accuracy and efficiency. You are patient, empathetic, and genuinely excited to help customers! You can put yourself in your customer’s shoes and advocate for them when necessary. You have a passion for customer service. Problem-solving also comes naturally to you. If the solution isn't obvious, you dig for it.
Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of chats and emails
- Update customer account information
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information about the Rooster Teeth brand and partners
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Flexible to work a shift within the hours of 9:00 am and 9:00 pm that may include weekends and overtime
- Min of 1 year of Customer Service support
- Min of a High School diploma
- Must be able to read/write/speak English fluently
- Previous Zendesk experience is a plus
- Previous Shopify experience is a plus
