At TRAGsoft, we’re a passionate indie studio best known for Coromon, a monster-taming RPG that has captured the hearts of players worldwide. Now, we're working on our next big adventure, Coromon: Rogue Planet, a rogue-lite spin-off that pushes the boundaries of the genre with fresh ideas and exciting new gameplay mechanics.

We’re a tight-knit team of creators who believe in delivering engaging, immersive experiences to our community. Our growing fanbase is passionate, and we want someone equally enthusiastic to help manage and foster that community. What we are looking for:

• Proven experience managing social media across all major platforms (X, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Reddit, etc.).
• Strong understanding of social media marketing strategies, tailored to each platform.
• Experience engaging with, and growing, a Discord community (our community has over 33k members).
• Plus: A genuine love for monster-taming RPGs and their communities.
• Even bigger plus: If you're already familiar with Coromon.

Position details:

• Remote and part-time.
• Flexible hours, allowing you to work around your schedule while keeping up with the demands of the community and campaigns.
• English is the working language for the project.

What you will be doing:

• Take full ownership of our social media campaigns, from ideation to execution.
• Get to know our game(s) inside out to engage authentically with our community.
• Plan and schedule weekly social media posts (creative, engaging, and platform-specific).
• Launch and grow our TikTok channel with content that resonates with the monster-taming community.
• Actively engage with players on our platforms, especially Discord, keeping the conversation lively, fun, and positive.
• Work closely with our team to craft community events, contests, and collaborations that foster excitement. Both by using a developer build and/or pitching fun ideas for the team to create.
