About the Role
Our team is looking for someone with an excellent understanding of online community development to help us coordinate the creation of our in game social features and end game experiences. For that, we are looking for a seasoned community manager who is passionate about leveraging player knowledge and competitive analysis into actionable business insights, helping us to build strong, repeatable and fun engagement mechanisms that retain our players for years.
This role is suited for candidates with a strong analytical background.

What you'll do
- Build workshops with key players that will help rate and shape our long term experience and key business mechanics
- Match qualitative data with quantitative data gathered by data scientists
- Build regular competitive insights that help benchmark player experiences in the industry
- Deliver regular surveys to our players to assess their long term motivation and satisfaction
- Lay the groundwork to build future game communities (channels, tone guides…)
- Coordinate with player experience teams to prepare the launch of new games
- Coordination point between the production team and the player facing team for betas and test servers
- Coordinate the communication on betas and test servers to maximize the amount of feedback collected and ensure NDAs are enforced
- Build and maintain a list of social features that should be implemented in all Wildlife games
- Work with engineering team to build, maintain, update all social features
- Manage multiple projects at a time in a fast-paced environment.
- Work closely and effectively with remote teams in Brazil and Argentina.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or related community experience within game studios
- 5 years of working experience with minimum 2 years working in the gaming industry
- Broad knowledge of statistics is a plus
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment
- Understands how to analyze metrics and data, to take appropriate action
- Advanced writing and speaking English skills
