tinyBuild is a global video game publisher and developer focused on creating long-lasting, sustainable franchises across multiple media formats. Responsible for over 70 titles, including Hello Neighbor, Graveyard Keeper, and Potion Craft, the company has a dozen development studios spread across the US, EU, Serbia, and Ukraine.
We are looking for a creative and experienced community manager who will bring new ideas and experience to the team and be able to work in a fast-paced environment on several projects. You will join the team of professionals and be able to drive and implement your creative ideas to the best of your ability to achieve the team's goals. You will be in charge of the full cycle of community management for the games you are responsible for, from creating and developing communication strategies to day-to-day engagement with players via social media and other channels.
Duties:
- Work closely with producers on community engagement plans.
- Create and execute social media campaigns.
- Keep a close line of communication with players across different channels (Steam, Discord, Twitter, etc.).
- Design creative Assets for TikTok and Instagram, record playthroughs for Steam, and host live streams on Twitch.
- Assist development teams with regular activities such as dev logs, sentiment analysis, etc.
- Foster the relationship with a variety of content creators.
Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in the industry in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of trends and TikTok in general.
- In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, Youtube, Twitch, etc.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of Discord and experience communicating with the community on the platform.
- Experience in dynamic content creation (TikToks, live streams, videos, etc).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills - English.
- Passion for communication and being an empathetic listener.
- Extensive knowledge of the video game industry and culture.
- Being a gamer and having a couple of beloved genres is a must.
- Additional language is a big advantage.
