Community Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for a Community Manager who will support the publishing team on World of Warships Blitz in Berlin. You will be working closely with our community, social media and customer support teams. You will also support feature development and game promotion.

To be successful, you’re expected to have outstanding communication skills, passion, and creative spirit.

Reports To

Senior Product Manager

What will you do?

• Develop deep expertise and passion to support players in our game
• Be the voice of the player in our product team
• Help our development teams by supporting their vision in our online communities
• Help build out our customer service capabilities with the help of our outsourcing partner and establish tools and processes to increase efficiency depending on the title
• Engage the wider community in our social media channels
• Identify and report new issues that impact our players
• Work with external teams that support you in creating great player experiences
• Deliver optimal player satisfaction while maintaining high production standards
• Work closely with community contributors and influencers

What are we looking for?

• +1 year in a similar position in the gaming industry
• Familiarity with Player Experience (In the areas of Community or Customer Service)
• Cultural sensitivity, experience working across multiple regions and cultures
• Great communication skills
• Teamwork skills
• Experience in collaboration with cross-functional and external teams
• Excellent reasoning skills
• Proficiency in the English language (written and spoken)

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Passion for video games
• Proven experience creating gaming content
• Livestream technical experience
