Community Manager

We are looking for a qualified Community Manager to join the Midnight Ghost Hunt team. If you’d like to help manage a growing indie game community, we’d love to meet you.

Our ideal candidate has exceptional written communication skills and is able to develop engaging content. You should be a ‘people person’ with great customer service skills. You will be the link between our community and the development team.

Ultimately, you should be able to act as the voice of the game and manage all community communications.

This is a remote and flexible contract position to begin with.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain a visible presence on official channels, such as Discord, Twitter, Reddit, and more

• Establish a relationship and engage directly with our community, and outline concerns and wishes to development team

• Set, plan and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies

• Organize and manage plans to boost game awareness, in coordination with publishing team

• Provide engaging text, image and video content for official channels

COMMUNITY MANAGER REQUIREMENTS

• Proven work experience as a community manager or similar role, gaming related a plus

• Excellent writing skills

• Hands on experience with social media management

• Passion for video games and related media
