Job Summary:

As community manager will be responsible to create community strategy and tactical planning that inspire and engage our most devoted players. Our goal is to create a link between our developers and players to enrich the gaming experience and drive long-term retention for Just Dance brand.

Job Description:

· Working with multiple teams (production, brand, live, sales, marketing) to shape a community-focused strategy and content campaign.

· Develop community content tactics that support the overall marketing strategy.

· Create and manage communication planning in tone/cadence/priority with communities online and offline events.

· Create compelling marketing communications to acquire, engage, and excite game fans.

· Define and report on content KPI’s to demonstrate success and ROI of community programs and content (increased viewership, retention and engagement with content).

· Manage and coordinate with live teams for post-launch communication: set expectations on applicable situations such as patch content, crisis management, status and content delivery.

· Manage and produce internal reports on community reaction, activities and output.

· Coordinate events involving studio visits from fans, pro-player workshops, chats with Development Team, and tournament support.

· Communicate directly to our players, both in a one-to-many relationship and at a 1:1 level, encouraging discussion and engagement to contribute towards the growth of the community.

· Identify and maintain relationships with key community influencers.

· Create player-facing resources and content such as guides, videos, FAQs to help enhance and deepen the player experience.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Skills:

· A minimum of 3 years’ experience in community management in gaming/fashion/FMCG/media industry.

· Deep understanding of building strategic plans and developing community programs.

· Demonstrable experience working in online communities (XiaoHongShu, Zhihu, etc.), social media (Weibo, Wechat), new media (Bilibili, Douyin, etc.), online marketing, content creation or equivalent. Rich knowledge of best practices for operating new media channels.

· Validated writing, grammar, and content-creation skills and experience.

· Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication, and presentation skills.

· A dedicated, detail-oriented team player who is quality driven.

· Excellent problem-solving skills. Able to focus on multiple tasks and effectively set priorities among projects while managing time judiciously and independently.

· Ability to objectively interpret customer/community feedback and make actionable recommendations to broader teams.

· Experience at a video game studio or publisher is a plus.

· Bachelor’s degree (or similar) in Communications or Marketing is a plus.

· Be passionate with Just Dance product is a plus.
