Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies across multiple social media platforms
- Create compelling, platform-specific content that resonates with our audience
- Moderate and manage online communities, including social media accounts and Discord server
- Respond to player feedback, questions, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date with gaming industry trends, pop culture, and internet phenomena
- Collaborate with marketing and development teams to align community efforts with overall Studio goals
- Analyze community metrics and provide regular reports on engagement and growth
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (speaking, writing, and comprehension).
- Deep passion for video games and extensive knowledge of gaming culture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and style across different platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media best practices and platform-specific content creation.
- Ability to craft witty, engaging messages while maintaining professionalism and sensitivity.
- Empathetic approach to community management with a talent for de-escalation.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Resilience in handling challenging situations and difficult community members.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in community management, preferably in the gaming industry.
- Familiarity with asset creation for social media (graphics, video editing).
- Knowledge of community management tools and analytics platforms.
