Community Manager // Gestionnaire de Communauté

You will report to the Director of Marketing and collaborate closely with the rest of the marketing department, Product team, and other stakeholders.

Le Gestionnaire de Communauté agit comme le lien principal entre Mistplay et notre communauté active de joueurs mobiles. Vous rapporterez au directeur du marketing et collaborerez étroitement avec le reste du département marketing, l'équipe produit et les autres parties prenantes.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and publish content across social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and others.
• Conduct outreach initiatives with external communities to increase brand presence of Mistplay within the mobile gaming industry.
• Identify & foster strategic relationships with community ambassadors and VIP users while providing “white glove” treatment.
• Advocate for the usersbase, gather feedback, and convey their sentiment to the Product team to help drive product evolution.
• Moderate posts, private messages, and in-game chat to ensure users have their questions and comments answered.
• Define goals & KPIs for each community initiative, then track and report on the performance.
• Create social media content & assets in collaboration with the Design team.
• Stay up to date on the latest social media and mobile gaming trends to continually drive innovative community strategies for growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in community management or a related role.
• Proven track record of growing online communities for a brand or product.
• Expertise in leveraging the latest social media trends and platforms.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
• A natural "people person" with a creative and data-driven mindset.
• Interest in on-camera work (YouTube videos, livestreams & social content) is a plus.
• Knowledge of the mobile gaming industry is a plus.

Principales responsabilités

• Planifiez et publiez du contenu sur les réseaux sociaux, notamment Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok et autres.
• Mener des initiatives de sensibilisation avec des communautés externes pour accroître la présence de la marque Mistplay dans l'industrie du jeu mobile.
• Identifiez et favorisez des relations stratégiques avec les ambassadeurs de la communauté et les utilisateurs VIP tout en offrant un traitement "gant blanc".
• Défendez la base d'utilisateurs, recueillez des commentaires et transmettez leur sentiment à l'équipe produit pour aider à faire évoluer le produit.
• Modérez les publications, les messages privés et les discussions en jeu pour vous assurer que les utilisateurs obtiennent des réponses à leurs questions et commentaires.
• Définissez des objectifs et des KPI pour chaque initiative communautaire, puis suivez et rapportez les performances.
• Créer du contenu et des ressources pour les médias sociaux en collaboration avec l'équipe de conception.
• Tenez-vous au courant des dernières tendances en matière de médias sociaux et de jeux mobiles pour piloter en permanence des stratégies communautaires innovantes pour la croissance.

Compétences et expérience

• 2+ années d'expérience en gestion de communauté ou dans un rôle similaire.
• Expérience avérée de la croissance des communautés en ligne pour une marque ou un produit.
• Expertise dans l'exploitation des dernières tendances et plateformes de médias sociaux.
• Solides compétences en communication et maîtrise de l'anglais.
• Une "personne humaine" naturelle avec un état d'esprit créatif et axé sur les données.
• L'intérêt pour le travail devant la caméra (vidéos YouTube, diffusions en direct et contenu social) est un plus.
• La connaissance de l'industrie du jeu mobile est un plus.
