In addition, strong candidates can work efficiently and productively in a remote environment. We are building a globally diverse team of professionals and welcome applicants from all walks of life. Come make fun with us!

- Build and implement strategic community development campaigns in concert with Production.
- Foster a creative, safe, vibrant, and welcoming community for our games.
- Serve as a liaison between game developers and players.

- Run tournaments or contests for our different titles
- Spotlight and support content creators.
Requirements

- Strong familiarity with social media spaces: Instagram, Tik Tok, Reddit, Discord, Twitch, YouTube Gaming, etc.
Nice to Have

- Experience in QA and/or Customer Support. At Making Fun, we often wear a few hats, and Community Managers are on the frontline for bug reports and player support. The ability to screen those reports, do some troubleshooting in the game, and pass good information to the team is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Jira, Google Suites, or similar software.
- Approximate availability in one of these time zones: UTC -3, UTC -5, UTC -7.
