Community Manager

High Voltage is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Community Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience engaging online communities across a variety of platforms from social (think Twitter and Facebook) to gamer focused media like Twitch and YouTube. If you're a passionate gamer with a strong track record of managing communities, we'd love to talk.

Responsibilities:
• Work with other members of the publishing team, and the development team, to define influencer plans
• Initiate positive and supportive conversations with content creators around content, contests, information and opportunities that will be of interest to our players
• Contribute, organize, record, write or create interesting messaging that keeps creators engaged with our games
• Identify, build, and maintain relationships with key influencers and power-users, as well as track the impact of that interaction
• Establish metrics for growing, engaging content creator audience; regularly analyze & report on sentiment & make plan adjustments according to performance
• With marketing lead & other stakeholders, help plan & suggest changes to the website & content cadence to support our goals
• Travel to support community events and trade shows

Qualifications:
• Great written and verbal communication skills (will be writing in communications channels and may create content)
• Familiarity with content creator space (YouTube, Twitch)
• Knowledge of Trello and Discord
• Ability to prioritize the high number of tasks that will always be on their plate
• Some direct experience managing a gaming community
• Ability to organize and drive various content programs (giveaways, contests)
• Experience creating content
• Bonus: some level of on camera experience
