What We Need:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing, and experienced Community Manager – someone who has worked on live free-to-play mobile games. Working with a multidisciplinary team, the Community Manager will create and execute community strategies designed to grow the player community for assigned title(s).



What You Will Do:

• Work with internal teams and corporate PR and Marketing teams to create, manage, and execute community outreach strategies in support of the broader Marketing objectives
• Be an online presence, cultivating and maintaining relationships with the online player community and influencers
• Track and report consumer sentiment across company social media channels and use the data to inform recommendations for ongoing community outreach initiatives
• Be the voice of the players to the development team, ensuring consumer sentiment, desires and needs are communicated, understood and met
• Work with and manage external vendors who support our social and community efforts

Who We Think Will Be a Great Fit:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, English, a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in community engagement or social marketing, preferably with a background in the gaming industry (Free to play mobile games experience is a plus!)
• Have created and executed community campaigns specifically designed to foster, grow and promote the loyalty and passion of your project’s community
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a portfolio of published professional work; ideally in a variety of mediums including long-form and social media
• Experience and practical knowledge of all major social media platforms and supporting applications
• Ability to pull together analysis-based recaps
• A self-starter with proven ability to work both in a team setting, as well as independently to drive campaign efforts as needed
• Solid understanding of free to play mobile games
• Passionate about gaming, be able to speak gamer-lingo
