Community Manager, WOWS APAC/Korean
Reports To
Regional Community Manager, WoWS Japan and Korea
What will you do?
- Take the lead of all community activities in Korea
- Become the point-of-contact for WoWS Korea community for internal and external stakeholders
- Act as a bridge between local and region/global
- Measure, monitor, and create detailed reports on community sentiment, concerns, and suggestions as well as community engagement performance
- Drive the daily execution and growth across social, community, and influencer programs, and set priorities and do what it takes to achieve the team’s strategic goals
- Work with other country’s community managers to gather input on regional and cultural differences to ensure campaigns are tailored to be impactful and appropriate regionally and locally
- Research the latest trends and best practices to stay up to date on community trend
What are we looking for?
- Prior gaming community or consumer marketing experience in either Social media marketing or Digital marketing or event marketing
- International mindset and culturally sensitive
- Self-Starter, Goal oriented and problem-solving mindset
- Process and data-driven approach
- Resilient
- Fluent in English
What additional skills will help you stand out?
- Active player of World of Warships PC or its franchise
- Streaming experience or open to streaming
- Excellent Project management skill
- Additional Asian language is a plus
- Enjoy challenges to grow and explore various fields in the gaming
