To support our growth, we’re now looking for a Community Manager to support our players and provide us the best game experience !!!! 🎮-
What will you do ?
- Define our community management strategy ensuring consistency across all our games.
- Manage our player community all over the world (social networks / mobiles stores / Gaming platforms / etc). Be the connection with our players and the Madbox voice to our community
- Shape and structure our community management process, workflow and tools
- Create highly engaging content with our creative team to give life to our brand and make our team’s creativity shine.
- Analyze, evaluate and share players feedbacks, suggestions and comments with the production team.
- Report the impact of the actions deployed from a quantitative and qualitative standpoint including identification of key learnings and next steps recommendation
- Monitor news and industry trends and be an expert of entertainment & gaming brands.
- Promote the MadBox brand, games, and team in order to attract the best talents
Mad Skills Required
- You have at least 3 years of experience in managing an active game community
- You are completely autonomous and know how to run a roadmap of content for each channel
- Ability to work within tight deadlines, to adjust changes in priorities, and balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives
- Basic in Photoshop, Video editing software to be able to create your own assets or re-work prod assets for your posts
- Fluent in English, with excellent oral and written communication skills
- You know how to tailor your approach to your audience according the platforms
- Willingness to have a 360° role
- Interest in video games and mobile games ideally
- Self-driven, team player with a positive and humble attitudeYou have already experiences in community management
