Community Manager Assistant - Italy

Job Description

CD PROJEKT RED is looking for a talented and creative person who would help our Community & PR Manager to take care of our Italian-speaking community during a 6 month contract. If you speak Italian as well as you speak English, communication and social media are your strength and you love video games, don’t hesitate! Send us your CV!

Daily responsibilities

• Support our Community & PR Manager at CD PROJEKT RED
• Assist with Italian communication strategy, plans, channels and events
• Design and manage community projects related to GWENT: The Witcher Card Game, The Witcher franchise and Cyberpunk 2077
• Maintain relationships with community partners such as fan sites, influencers, and players
• Gather community sentiment to educate internal teams
• Analyze and report on content performance data to drive continuous improvement, optimization, and innovation

Qualifications

• Social media savvy, and general interest in the latest trends in entertainment and the games industry
• Strong passion for video games
• Excellent (native) knowledge of spoken and written Italian and fluent spoken and written English
• Experience with the Google Suite (or any equivalent) is preferable
• Great planning and communication skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Curiosity and proactiveness

Nice to have:

• Experience in community management
• Knowledge of our products
